Auto-Refill Billing and Cancellation Policy

Your auto refill purchase will continue until you cancel. When we ship your order, we will continue to automatically bill your credit card for the purchase price of the product(s) you have specified plus $2.95 shipping and applicable taxes. If you are uncertain of the amount, please call 1-800-644-8327 or log into your account online. This amount will remain the same unless you change the auto refill product(s) and/or intervals and/or applicable taxes increase. You can update your credit card information by calling us at 1-800-644-8327.

Cancellation Policy

We would hate to see you go, but if you must, you can cancel your Auto-Refill anytime by calling 1-800-644-8327 or by logging into your Botanic Choice account online.

Restrictions

Auto-Refill is available to the contiguous 48 states and is subject to change. Due to certain state restrictions, some products may not be available to ship into every state. Please see specific state restrictions on the product description page. Under some circumstances, quantities may be limited. Please notice that premiums (free gift items), "Buy 1 Get 1" items, "Buy 1 Get 2" items, and "Buy 2 Get 3" items are not eligible for Auto Refill.
