It\u2019s estimated that over 60% of Americans may be deficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magnesium is readily available but don\u2019t just grab whatever you see. Magnesium glycinate, citrate, chloride, and carbonate are more easily absorbed than magnesium oxide and sulfate.
