This Red Clover works for me. Dosing is 1 capsule 3x daily, but I'll be honest, that didn't work. Maybe because I'm about 190 lbs. So at breakfast time I took 2 capsules and then one later on in the afternoon. Then it worked. If a hot flash managed to squeeze through after that, it was kept to a dull roar and not nearly as intense. Your results may vary.
