It relieves my aches and pains! Also it keeps bronchial irritation away when applyed around my neck and shoulders! Soothing scent of herbs! Your results may vary.

As a pain reliever: Apply to adults and children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age: consult a physician. As a cough suppressant: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: rub on neck and chest as a thick layer, cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired, clothing should be loose about the neck and chest to help vapors reach the breathing passages. Use up to three times daily as directed by doctor. Children under 2 years of age: ask a doctor.
