Teas should be made fresh daily... in glass or procelain container. Leaves and Flowers: Place 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. Allow to steep 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and serve Roots,Barks,Berries and Seeds: Allow to steep 5 minutes or longer to extract their essence. Strain and serve. Special Blends: Steep 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and serve.
