through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of
$5.95 (There is an additional charge of $4.00 when shipping to Alaska,
Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories.)This flat fee includes both

What are my payment choices? Our website accepts credit card payments using Visa, Master Card,

How can I redeem a coupon on my order? You may use one (1) promotional code, catalog code or coupon code
