Shipping Information
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST (week day) will be shipped the same day (in-stock products). Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (Overseas locations may take up to 21 days). Please note Holidays may affect these hours.
Unless otherwise specified, we ship in the contiguous 48 states through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $5.95 (Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories is an additional $5.00). This flat fee includes both shipping and processing costs.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories will be charged an additional $5.00. Please note that we ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail to these areas and that UPS nor any other carrier can be chosen as a viable option. If another carrier is chosen, the package will be sent by default via USPS Priority Mail.
Canadian Orders Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Standard Service for a flat fee of $6.95 per order, regardless of order size.(Free Shipping Offers do not apply.)
Other International Orders Orders shipping to countries outside of the United States or Canada will be send via the best available service. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $29.95. Please allow up to 21 days for your shipment to arrive. Unless noted, free shipping offers do not apply.
To avoid shipping delays, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a phone number in case the delivery carrier needs to contact you.
Customs, Restrictions & Tariffs Each country has specific laws, regulations and restrictions and it is strongly recommended you familiarize yourself with these as it may impact your ability to receive your shipment. Your customs office can help.
There may also be unexpected import duties, handling fees or tariffs you will be responsible for. You order may be declared undeliverable or may require quarantine, returned to us, banned or considered illegal based on your country’s laws, regulations and restrictions.
Refund Policy Botanic Choice is not responsible for packages detained, impounded, confiscated, delayed or returned to us due to your country’s laws, regulations, or restrictions. As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure our products are allowed into your country. If an item is returned due to non-compliance issues, banned or restricted products, incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order, or unavailability of an individual to accept delivery, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only (no shipping charges or other fees). A refund will not be issued until we receive and inspect the package in our facility.
If a product is seized by customs, there will be no credit issued.
