Nothing is more important to us than the health and wellbeing of our employees and our valued customers.
As we have all adjusted our daily lives during the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to share with you how we’re continuing to respond. We know that many of you depend on vitamins to keep you healthy, so we will continue to process and ship orders.
Because of the impact of COVID-19, there is a worldwide shortage of certain items, which means some of our products are temporarily out of stock. Please check back again or consider an alternate suggestion. Rest assured we are diligently working with suppliers around the clock to remedy this situation and will ship your order as quickly as possible. Related to this, due to component availability, packaging may vary during this time.
During this pandemic, we have quickly changed our production capabilities to address the immediate needs of our customers and our community. We have developed a hand sanitizer that is an 80% alcohol antiseptic that helps to reduce disease-causing bacteria.
Due to health, safety, and inventory reasons, we must temporarily amend our returns policy specific to our immune related products, including probiotics. Please see our Covid-19 returns policy here.
In regard to our employees, we’ve enhanced our sanitation protocol. Our staff is very lean, with many employees working from home. Those few who are in the facility, are required to regularly and vigorously clean desks, office areas, doors, packing and shipping stations, and all common areas throughout the day. Professional cleaning staff has assisted us in this process.
Our employees practice social distancing and have been educated on proper hand washing and sanitizing based on the CDC’s recommendations. Hygiene notices have been placed around the facility.
