Billing Process

Your auto refill purchase will continue until you cancel. When we ship your order, we will continue to automatically bill your credit card for the purchase price of the product(s) you have specified plus applicable shipping costs and applicable taxes. If you are uncertain of the amount, please call 1-800-644-8327. This amount will remain the same unless you change the auto refill product(s) and/or intervals and/or applicable taxes increase. You can update your credit card information by calling us at 1-800-644-8327.

Cancellation Process

We would hate to see you go, but if you must, you can cancel your Auto Refill anytime by calling 1-800-644-8327.

If you choose to cancel after the order is shipped, we will need to charge a shipping and restocking fee of $8.95. There is no charge if you cancel before the order is shipped.

Restrictions

Auto Refill is available to the contiguous 48 states and is subject to change.

Various promotions, products and sales are not eligible for Auto Refill including but not limited to email specials, social media promotions, affiliate offers, multiple bottle purchases such as: buy 1 get 1, buy 2 get 2, buy 2 get 3 free offers, closeout specials, discontinued, clearance, inventory blow outs, $5 sale catalog, premium/free gift items.

There is a minimum order of $4.99 or more to be eligible for Auto Refill. Individual items less than $4.99 may be added to an existing order but may not serve as a standalone Auto Refill shipment.

Other brands may be placed on Auto Refill but are not eligible for the 10% discount.

You must receive consistent deliveries at regular intervals in order to remain on Auto Refill and maintain your pricing. Pricing may be adjusted if a formula and/or bottle size changes. Auto Refill orders indicative of abuse may be discontinued at the discretion of Botanic Choice. Due to certain state restrictions, some products may not be available to ship into every state.
