You must be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way, for any reason, just return the unused portion within one year of purchase for a full, prompt, 100% product refund.* Refund amount does not include shipping and processing fee.
COVID-19 Update to Return Policy
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, due to health, safety, and inventory reasons, we must temporarily amend our returns policy specific to our immune related products, including probiotics. Items impacted by this will include a note on the product page.
Until further notice, we will allow you to return up to 5 items of the same product. Returns in excess of this are not returnable for a refund, exchange or credit. This policy does not apply if there was an error on our part. We will update these procedures when the need arises.
Multiple Bottles of the Same Product
If you are returning multiple bottles of the same item, we will gladly refund the product price of all of the bottles as long as only one bottle has been opened. If all bottles of the same item have been opened, no refund will be issued.
There are no refunds for empty bottles.
To return a product for a refund, please send the unused portion in the mail, along with your name, address, daytime phone number and original order number (if available). To help us improve our products and services, please provide us with a detailed reason for your return.
Due to sourcing, we can issue refunds or exchanges on CBD oil products and Vitamin SPRAY FOR LIFE merchandise only if it is returned to us unopened. Repeated returns indicative of abuse will be evaluated on an individual basis and may be refused.
