Official Rules for 2025 Botanic Choice “Holiday Giveaway”

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Improve Your Chances Of Winning.

Entry Period

Botanic Choice’s “Holiday Giveaway” begins 12/16/25 and ends 12/19/25 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries must be received by that time.

Grand Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive a $50 credit, valid toward any Botanic Choice or Botanic Spa items at their current sale prices at the time of redemption.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. Prize winners will be selected on or about 12/22/25 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by email within one week of selection.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older, and only where offered and permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or household members are not eligible to win any prize. Employees of affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising/promotion agencies of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. are not eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter

To enter, click through the promotional email during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued. No cash or prize substitution. The use of robotic or automatic devices for entering is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries.

Potential Winner Requirements

Except where prohibited by law, winners’ first name, last initial, and state may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print/electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. without payment or consideration. If a winner is ineligible, unavailable, or unwilling to accept the prize within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries. Winners must provide a valid street address for delivery or processing of the prize. Shipping at Sponsor’s expense. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize values in U.S. currency. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prize. U.S. laws govern all aspects of this sweepstakes. All disputes and claims relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved in Indiana.
