Official Rules for 2025 Botanic Choice “Pick Your Favorite Giveaway”

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Entry Period
Botanic Choice’s “Pick Your Favorite Giveaway” begins 11/1/25 and ends 11/4/25 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries must be received by that time.

Grand Prizes
Three (3) winners* will each receive a free 30-day supply of the item they selected as their favorite.

Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received. Prize winners will be selected on or about 11/6/25 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by email within one week of selection.

Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older, and only where offered and permitted by law. Void where prohibited. Employees of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or household members are not eligible. Employees of affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising/promotion agencies of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. are also ineligible.

How to Enter
To enter, simply pick your favorite item from the three featured in the promotional email during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued. No cash or prize substitution. The use of robotic or automatic devices for entering is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries.

Potential Winner Requirements
Except where prohibited by law, winners’ first name, last initial, and state may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print/electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., without payment or consideration. If a winner is ineligible, unavailable, or unwilling to accept the prize within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining entries. Winners must provide a valid street address for prize delivery. Shipping is at Sponsor’s expense. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply. Prize values are in U.S. currency. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. U.S. laws govern all aspects of this giveaway. All disputes will be resolved in Indiana.

General Conditions
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. in writing if their email and/or mailing address changes.
