Botanic Choice’s Must-Haves Giveaway

Entry Period. Botanic Choice’s Must-Haves Giveaway begins 08/17/2023 and ends 08/24/2023 at 11:59PM CST. Entries must be received by that time.

Grand Prize. One Grand Prize winner* will receive a Botanic Choice Must- Have Kit (includes Advanced Energize 10 Complex, Mega Fruits & Veggies blend, Vitamin D3 chewable, Melatonin gummies, Botanic Choice tote bag).

Grand Prize Drawing. Winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 08/25/2023 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 1 week of selection.

Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older and only where offered & permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., (Sponsor) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or household members are not eligible to win any prize. Employees of affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. are not eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter. Follow @Botanic Choice on Instagram, like the Giveway post and tag someone in the comment section. Entries are via Instagram only and must be received by 08/24/2023 by 11:59PM CST. Multiple entries per person, per username is permitted. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued. No cash or prize substitution. The use of robotic or automatic devices for entering is prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, corrupted or incomplete entries.

Potential Winner Requirements. Except where prohibited by law, winner’s first name, last name initial and state may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print or electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. without payment or consideration. If winner is ineligible, unavailable or unwilling to accept the prize within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining entries received. Winner will have to provide a street address for delivery of the prize. Shipping at Sponsor expense. All federal, state, provincial & local laws & regulations apply. Prize values in U.S. currency. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. U.S. laws govern all aspects of this sweepstakes. All disputes and claims relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved in Indiana.
