Winners will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. Weekly winners will be selected at the beginning of the following week. Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 12/11/19 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 weeks of selection. All prizes will be awarded. Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older and only where offered & permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No person will be eligible to win more than once. Winner’s list will be available for 60 days after winner selection.

One Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 credit and six (6) additional winners (one each week during the time period) will each receive a $50 credit good towards Botanic Choice merchandise*** and redeemable via phone 1-800-644-8327. Credit must be redeemed in full by February 28, 2020 and will expire at 11:59 on that day. $50 credit to be redeemed at one time. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued on any transactions using any awarded credits during this sweepstakes.
Winner’s initials and state may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print or electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. Giveaway ends 11/30/19. If winner is ineligible, unavailable or unwilling to accept the prize within 15 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining entries received. No cash substitution.
