All winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random sweepstakes conducted on or about 2/22/19 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 weeks of selection. All prizes will be awarded. Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older and only where offered & permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No person will be eligible to win more than once. Winner’s list will be available for 60 days after winner selection.

Five (5) additional winners (one each week during the time period) will each receive a $100 credit good towards Botanic Choice merchandise*** redeemable via toll-free phone 1-800-644-8327, (Ask for the Sweepstakes Department). Credit must be redeemed in full by June 28, 2019. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued on any transactions using any awarded credits during this sweepstakes. All awarded credits must be used by 6/28/19. All awarded credits will expire on 6/28/19 at 11:59pm.

The grand prize winner and weekly winners will be notified by 3/1/2019. All prize winners will be notified via email and/or phone. Name initials and state of the winners may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print or electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. Sweepstakes ends 2/13/19. If winner(s) is/are ineligible, unavailable or unwilling to accept the prize(s) within 15 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining entries received. No cash substitution.

How to Enter

Online entries* must be received before 11:59PM CST, 2/13/19. Mailed entry must be postmarked by 2/13/19. Only one entry per person, per email and/or mailing address is permitted, regardless of method of entry.
