Botanic Choice Anniversary Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, SALES PRESENTATION, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Botanic Choice’s Anniversary Sweepstakes begins 2/28/20 and ends 4/10/20 at 11:59PM CST. Entries must be received by that time.
Winners will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. Weekly winners will be selected at the beginning of the following week. Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 4/30/20 by Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc., whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 weeks of selection. All prizes will be awarded. Open to legal U.S. residents and U.S. territories and possessions, 18 years or older and only where offered & permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No person will be eligible to win more than once. For a list of winners, available after 5/22/20, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Botanic Choice Anniversary Sweepstakes, Botanic Choice, 3401 West 37th Ave., Hobart, IN 46342. Winner’s list will be available for 60 days after winner selection.
Botanic Choice Anniversary Sweepstakes Consumer Disclosures
No purchase necessary. One Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 credit and six (6) additional winners (one each week during the time period) will each receive a $50 credit good towards Botanic Choice or Botanic Spa merchandise*** and redeemable via phone 1-800-644-8327. Credit must be redeemed in full by July 31, 2020 and will expire at 11:59 on that day. $50 credit to be redeemed at one time. No Healthy Rewards points will be issued on any transactions using any awarded credits during this sweepstakes.
Winner’s initials and state may appear on BotanicChoice.com and other print or electronic marketing materials at the discretion of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. Giveaway ends 4/10/20. If winner is ineligible, unavailable or unwilling to accept the prize within 15 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining entries received. No cash substitution.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Online entries* must be received by 4/10/20 by 11:59PM CST. Entries* can be made via mail in lieu of online by hand printing your name, address, daytime telephone number (required) and email address (required) & mailing it to: Botanic Choice Anniversary Sweepstakes, 3401 West 37th Ave., Hobart, IN 46342. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 4/10/20. Entries* can also be made via phone at 1-800-644-8327 by 4/10/20 by 11:59PM CST. Only one entry per person, per email is permitted regardless of method of entry.
Email or Mailing Change of Address Policy

Employees of affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies of Indiana Botanic Gardens, Inc. are not eligible to win any prize.
