Shipping and Order Status

  • Has my order shipped? How can I check my order status?
    You can check your order status by logging in with the email /address and password that you set up at the time you placed your order. Click here to access on online order status.

  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST (week day) will be shipped the same day (in-stock products).  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (Overseas locations may take up to 21 days).
  • How much is shipping?
    Unless otherwise specified, we ship in the contiguous 48 states through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $5.95 (There is an additional charge of $5.00 when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories.)This flat fee includes both shipping and processing costs. Orders over $50 get free standard shipping and processing unless otherwise noted.
  • Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
    Since most orders placed by 1PM CST are shipped the same day, it is not possible to cancel an order or an item within your order once you've submitted it. Keep in mind, however, that we do offer a 90-day guarantee, so you can return your item(s) for a full product refund during this time.

  • Where do you get your products?
    Botanic Choice finds the freshest natural products available from the best, most reputable suppliers around the world. The majority of our ingredients are globally sourced due to the nature of the product, however, they are tested, manufactured and re-tested under strict cGMP/FDA guidelines in the USA. We offer the same or better quality products than the more expensive national brands. Our exclusive formulas and supplements are packaged and shipped directly from our FDA registered manufacturing facility in Indiana.

    Each product takes a different sourcing path which can change regularly depending on availability and global demand. Please know we always strive to deliver the highest quality products that meet or exceed stringent specifications, from highly-regarded suppliers, at the best possible price. If you have a question about a specific product, please give us a call and we will be happy to research it for you.

  • Are your products organic?
    We adhere to rigorous quality control standards and strict guidelines in every product we sell. Organic products are noted on the product description pages, but you can be assured that we provide outstanding quality and freshness in every product that we sell.

  • Are your products tested on animals?
    No. We never test our products on animals.

  • Can your products ship to my state / country?
    Most of Botanic Choice's products can be shipped internationally. See individual product descriptions for any shipping restrictions.

  • Will these supplements interact with my prescription or OTC medications?
    If you are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications, please consult your healthcare professional before taking any vitamins or supplements.
  • How do I know how much of a vitamin to take?
    Our nutritional experts monitor the latest nutritional and scientific advancements to develop the most effective, powerful formulas you will only find here, in the dosages designed to optimize effectiveness. Each one of our products has Suggested Use information. If you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication, please ask your healthcare professional regarding what dosage is appropriate for you. Remember, you must take supplements as directed in order to achieve optimal results.
  • How long will it take the supplement to work?
    Supplements take time to work effectively. Please allow ample time for maximum effectiveness. The important thing is to take your proper dose, consistently, every day.
  • How can I find out the product ingredients?
    To view the Supplement Facts and ingredients for a specific product, click on the "View Product Label" link on the product detail page.
  • What is the difference between manufactured date and expiration date?
    As a company with a long-standing reputation, Botanic Choice complies with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. We use both a Manufactured Date and an Expiration Date when bottling our nutritional supplements.

A Manufactured Date printed on the label is the date the product was produced in compliance with GMP regulations. If stored properly, products are considered to be fully potent for two years from the manufactured date.

The Expiration Date printed on the label represents the last date a product should be ingested or used. With proper storage, the product will remain fully potent until this date.

Each bottle will only carry one date, either a Manufactured Date (MFG) or an Expiration Date (EXP).

Return Information

  • What is your return policy?
    You must be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way, for any reason, just return the unused portion within 90 days of purchase date for a full, prompt, 100% product refund.*

    Product must be returned in the same condition as originally received when ordered with no markings, writings, or stains on the packaging.

    Refunds will be processed via your original form of payment. If 90 days has passed since your purchase date, we're sorry, but the item cannot be accepted as a return.

    *Refund amount does not include shipping and processing fee. 

  • Multiple Bottles of the Same Product
    If you are returning multiple bottles of the same item, we will gladly refund the product price of all of the bottles as long as only one bottle has been opened. If all bottles of the same item have been opened, no refund will be issued.

  • Empty Bottles
    There are no refunds for empty bottles.
  • How do I return my product?
    To return a product for a refund, please send the unused portion in the mail, along with your name, address, daytime phone number and original order number (if available). To help us improve our products and services, please provide us with a detailed reason for your return.

Ordering and Payment Information

  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    Yes, we ship orders internationally to most countries.
  • What are my payment choices?
    Our website accepts credit card payments using Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover (not available in the United Kingdom). We also accept PayPal. Military members may order via the Military Exchange website using the Military Star Card.
  • How can I redeem a coupon on my order?
    You may use one (1) web code per order. When placing your order, simply enter your code in the "Web Code" box. There are two places to enter in your web code, one is located on the top right hand side of the page or on the shopping cart page. Please note that web codes cannot be combined and are limited to one per customer.
  • How do I earn Healthy Rewards Points?

  • How can I order from my printed catalog / flyer?
    If you have a catalog or flyer in hand, you can easily order online from it by clicking on "Order from Print Catalog" found in the right-hand corner of our website. Use the "Web Code" printed on your catalog. Please note that prices may vary between online and catalog promotions. Coupons cannot be combined with other orders. Coupon codes that begin with the letters "DL" cannot be used on the website. Only one catalog or promotion code may be used on a single order.
  • How do I buy or redeem a gift certificate?
    Gift certificates are available in any size denomination and can be purchased via telephone at:
