4 simple blends to try in your aromatherapy diffuser

Aromatherapy is the process of diffusing the natural essences from plants and botanicals. The harmless vapors that result from this diffusion can have a powerful effect on your mind, body and mood. Aromatherapy isn’t intended to cure specific health problems, but it can do great things like lift your mood, reduce stress, promote sleep, calm the mind and even give you more energy.

As people learn more about alternative, natural health solutions, Essential Oils are becoming more popular than ever. The most recent aromatherapy trend is mixing and matching Essential Oils to create custom blends.

Experimenting with your own blends can be a lot of fun, and all you really need is a powerful Essential Oil Diffuser to get started. If you don’t have a diffuser, you can also add about 20 drops of essential oil to 2 oz. of a carrier-oil, such as Avocado Oil or Jojoba, to soothe your skin while enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy.

To make aromatherapy blends for use in your diffuser, you will need a small collection of Essential Oils to choose from.
